TPACC's TOMAX
The
TOMAX is based on Objectives Matrix technology and is used for
failure prediction and performance measurement. TOMAX
(Throughput based Objectives Matrix) is one of the most reliable
methods of predicting failure there exists and can predict
failure with a high degree of accuracy. The technique has been
used in thousands of businesses and has an average accuracy of
predicting failure and the risk of failure of over 84% in as much as one year in
advance.
The TOMAX is also used for performance measurement of
key performance areas. Key performance factors are identified
and usually vary between eight and twenty or more factors. The
TOMAX is like a balances score card but more powerful because it
is based on factual data in existence in businesses and scored
against itself.
TPACC have combined this technique
with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practice),
Throughput Accounting and key
performance areas that are compared to industry or standard
norms and correlated to Net Profits.
The TOMAX is also used to improve
performance in key areas. It is an extremely powerful
tool and highly recommended for specific applications.
