ABOUT TPACC TRAINING


TPACC training goes beyond knowledge. We also provide workshops that convert knowledge into skills showing you how to do things. THEORY OF CONSTRAINTS

We offer several courses:

 

Introduction to Theory of Constraints - An overview of the Theory of Constraints. Shows how theory of constraints can improve your bottom line. This workshop shows how to use measurement to tie local decisions to global results. It includes management decision making, implementation overview. It is a very effective course for those unaware of TOC. Duration: 1 day.

 

Theory of Constraints Systems Thinking Process - The workshop covers effect-cause-effect, conflict resolution, construction of logical solutions, analyzing systems. Identifies assumptions that are barriers for improvements. It is an intensive course requiring total dedication of time by delegates. The course is also presented as a workshop addressing the specifics of a single business as an in-house course-the duration of this option increases by 2(two) days. Duration: 5 continuous days.

 

Critical Chain Project Management - Reduce project lead times by nearly half, deliver within budget. Use Critical Chain for project scheduling, managing variation in projects, project execution management, managing project portfolios. Duration: 3 days.

 

Supply Chain Strategy - Links Operations department and Marketing department. Develop an integrated strategy to improve profitability. Learn Throughput Accounting product mix profit maximization, managing demand uncertainty, managing supply uncertainty. Learn how to develop a marketing strategy that captures plant capabilities and plans plant capacity in the process. Learn about high volume production management, strategic inventory buffering, dealing with seasonal demand, managing promotions. Duration: 3 days.

 

DBR (Drum-Buffer-Rope) - Implementation Successful sustained constraint buffer management training for in manufacturing. Find out why most implementations fail and how to avoid it, discover how to gain consensus for change, design a proven roadmap to success. (Includes SDBR). Duration: 4 days.
