international turn-around specialist. Bill is a TOC Jonah and an
engineer by profession. He is an expert in many Throughput and
Profit Maximization techniques.
TPACC Pretoria and Durban are represented by Etienne Du Plooy, an accountant
with many years experience in many business types. Etienne
has practiced as an auditor, performance analyst, business
consultant and taxation specialist for many years. He has
considerable experience in both production and services
businesses, Lean and TOC. Etienne is a member of TOC-ICO, certified in TOC,
and a
Jonah. He is the CEO of TPACC.
Arno Wagner and Dirk Martin are
