On the one hand
business managers often say they are completely overloaded in
masses of data, yet on the other hand managers never seem to
have sufficient information. Businesses often do not know
exactly which data or information is needed.
TPACC have found the

one almost needs to do a forensic investigation to understand
the analysis.

Gone is the
problem of having to decide what data and information is needed. TPACC uses
systems that incorporate the best business management approaches. such as Throughput Accounting and Activity Based Costing, two
somewhat contradictory
management accounting systems. We also use systems such as the Theory of Constraints,
Lean and Six Sigma. We rely on accounting records and interface with most
systems. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practice) is used to ensure post
event accuracy and reliability but not necessarily relevance.
